Just right. Packaging, delivery times…

Ordering online was a breeze with this company (I'm based in the USA) and the prices were reasonable. I figured shipping would be pricey, but it was a bit more than I expected. The main reason I didn't rate this a '5' is due to the shipping issues. It took them about 3-4 days just to get the products out the door, and after waiting over a week, I found out that FedEx had misplaced my package. Lia from customer service was super helpful and quickly arranged for a replacement shipment through DHL. Sadly, DHL also missed their delivery window, but I did get it the next day. All in all, it took around 3 weeks from when I placed my order to when I finally got my items.

The products showed up late, and the cold packaging you rave about for frozen goods was far from cold, likely because of the long journey from Greece to Singapore. I can't say I was completely shocked, but I was really hoping that your promises of a 'superior cold package' would hold up – they absolutely did not.
